Ashwagadha has several reported health benefits, and studies have found that Ashwagandha supplementation is effective in reducing anxiety and stress, improving sleep quality, reducing fatigue, increasing testosterone levels, and more!

What Is The Recommended Dosage For Ashwagandha?

If you are curious about the amount of Ashwagandha you should be having in a day, we also discussed dosages! There is no set recommendation for ashwagandha and dosages may vary depending on your needs, however most research shows that dosages anywhere between 225-600mg per day seems to be effective.
